Returns Policy
Not completely happy with your order? Devo for you, Hun! Feel free to send it back for a refund/exchange as long as it's within 30 days of the date of purchase. The item must be completely unused and in the same condition that you received it. In other words, you can't have worn it on a night out with the Huns, Susan. Items received faulty or damaged can be refunded/replaced free of charge. Please contact using the form below if you item is not to your satisfact-Hun and we will email info on how to return your item. Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs.
All Readings, Gift Cards and Earrings cannot be returned.
Readings Reports Policy
All Reading Reports are done by hand (in typed form obvs, this isn't 1965) by our only astrologer, Laura. She always does her best to get them to you as soon as possible, but each Reading Report can take up to 6 hours and Laura needs sleep. We'll always inform you if your Reading Report will be delayed in any way, but please be patient, Hun!
As these Reading Reports can be so time consuming, please be v careful when filling in your details (Time, date, place of birth etc.)! Any incorrect information provided could mean a whole new Reading, which would have to be at your own cost. In other words, if you provide the wrong information and the Reading has already been done, you'll have to purchase a new one. Likewise, if you chose the wrong type of Reading, you will have to purchase the correct one again. Please read the descriptions and info carefully before purchasing! Especially during Mercury Retrograde! If you're not sure, email us! And if you do give the wrong info or choose the wrong Reading, please email us ASAP to avoid any issues.
Booking Policy
In-Person Readings: There are a variety of in-person Consultations available on selected dates in Rocky Road Minerals, Dublin. These days will be posted on the website and on Instagram. Consultations can be booked in advance, or walk-ins are also accepted, subject to availability. There are no refunds on Consultations, including no-shows. Bookings cancelled more than 24hrs beforehand may be refunded or rescheduled. For Bookings cancelled less than 24hrs beforehand it will not be possible to provide a refund, but we'll do our best to reschedule (This is subject to availability so it cannot be guaranteed). All consultation appointments must be paid in full upon booking.
There is a reduced rate for Return Clients. If a Return Client Consultation is booked by some-Hun who is not a Return Client (i.e. A first time booking), the difference must be paid. If this difference is not paid, the original charge cannot be refunded.
Astro Huns reserves the right to refuse service to any Hun who is not behaving appropriately, without refund.
Zoom Readings: For any Hun outside of Dublin, Zoom Consultations are also available. These times can be selected using the online booking system. Alternative times can be arranged via email at the discretion of the Astro Huns Team. Bookings cancelled more than 24hrs beforehand may be refunded or rescheduled. For Bookings cancelled less than 24hrs beforehand it willnot be possible to provide a refund, but we'll do our best to reschedule (This is subject to availability so it cannot be guaranteed). No-shows will not be refunded.
